Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: House keeping was supposed to come at least once during our stay, never showed. Coffee pot was filthy, had to clean before I could use, than no cups in room. Bathroom was sub-par, really needed a good cleaning. Bed was at least comfortable...

Convenient hotel alongside a busy...
Liked: The room amenities were standard, and everything was in good condition.
Disliked: In the future I will be sure to request a non-connecting room (since noise travels more easily into the connecting room). The connecting room arrangement was a nightmare this trip. In the middle of the night, the neighbor's digital alarm sounded, grew increasingly loud, and remained unsilenced for at least 20 minutes. Finally, I left the room, pounded on the neighbor's door, until they finally silenced the alarm. Although this was not a fault of the hotel, it was a part of my experience and reminded me of the disadvantages of being assigned to connecting rooms.
