Awful I will never book at this chain of hotels.
Disliked: The hotel messed up on our reservation and then didn't help us at all. It was westlemania weekend so we were left.to find another hotel. Thankfully we found one. But the staff was rude and didn't care we had no place to go. We got there hours before our reservation but they didn't tell us until right before the reservation.

Central location, ideal for visiting Philadelphia. Parking a bit expensive.
Liked: The hotel was centrally located and was easy to reach the touristic sites by foot. Chinatown is also close by.
Disliked: They provide breakfast but they did not make a restock of food in the last 30 minutes, so the ones that came to eat in the last 30 minutes had fewer options (no hot breakfast available). Furthermore, they started cleaning the breakfast area before 10 AM. As such, if you'd like to have all the breakfast options and enjoy your breakfast, I suggest going early. There are elevators, but you have to wait a few minutes before they arrive. Using the stairs is not possible, as such everybody is obliged to take the elevator and wait even if they are at the first or second floor. The parking is quite expensive ($57/day). There's a valet that takes care of parking your car and bringing it back to the hotel when you need it.
