Liked: The fact that it still had a room for the eclipse two months before the event! We were pleased with how prepared the staff were for the flood of guests... plenty of towels, breakfast, eclipse info.
Disliked: That swimming pool room is janky as hell. The stairs and handrail are scary and as a disabled person, not safe or accessible. Lots of evidence of poor ventilation and water damage. The water itself was clean thankfully, but the room needs a lot of TLC.

Liked: Didn’t like anything, rooms a dingy and dark and outdated. Every time I left the room and came back, had to go back downstairs to reprogram the key cards. Not very clean and will never stay there again!

Disliked: Requested handicap room. I understand it isnt always available so it was not too bad that we didnt get it. The room was almost to the end of the hall which was difficult for my elderly mother. Also, the pools were not available for use.
