Liked: They have very clean rooms and bathrooms and comfortable bed.
Disliked: I did not like it that they charged me tax again after I paid the tax thru Booking.com due to the fact that booking .com does NOT pay the taxes after they make you pay them. It is not right you have to pay taxes 2 times. I did complain and I was refunded to $20.00 they charged but it took a while and management did not want to refund. SO IF YOU BOOK THRU BOOKING.COM PAY AT THE HOTEL!!!

My husband and I will...

Liked: Upon entering the property, Ms. Vicki (head of housekeeping) greeted me with a big, bright smile (which is a rarity these days) as she was mopping the foyer. She was AMAZINGLY pleasant! Ju at the front desk made checking-in FUN! MOST IMPORTANTLY, the property was EXTREMELY CLEAN and I didn’t have to beg for face towels as there were enough to last through our stay. When visiting Nola, this will always be my hotel of choice!
Disliked: Can’t find a single thing wrong
