Just what I needed at...

Liked: I was delayed by bad weather and arrived at the airport at 12.30 am. I booked the room at the last minute as I finally knew we were leaving and would arrive late. To be greeted by a happy face, after travelling 21 hours was a blessing. Easy check in then straight to bed The shower was great and I loved the bottles of shampoo, etc. Great idea. Better than those little bottles

Short stay, would love to...

Liked: Loved the personalized “Welcome” screen on the TV. Small but well-equipped gym, great breakfast, very comfy bed and room. Appreciated the shuttle service and the driver was so nice. I also appreciated the “brown bag breakfast” to go; while I took advantage of the full breakfast, that option would have been wonderful in a time crunch. Also the shampoo/conditioner/body wash smelled so good! Overall really nice small touches that elevated the stay.
Disliked: Area was a little rough but nothing the hotel can do about that. Felt safe on hotel grounds.
