Is Hampton Inn in decline?!

Liked: It looked like a Hampton Inn.
Disliked: My bed was on a cheap metallic frame that creaked every time I moved. Sometimes it sounded worse than a sound effect in a horror movie. The gym had some sort of weight machine that was broken and dangerous and no one made any attempt to put it out of service even after I told the front desk. The bottled soap in the bathroom is a poor replacement for good old bar soap.

The employees are wonderful and helpful.

Disliked: That there were not enough carts and/or kept in people's rooms to use when arriving and leaving. Someone had to go look for one for me in arriving but there was one upon leaving. I am older and travel with my dogs and always have to have more than I can carry in. It is almost always an issue when traveling. After a long ride is nice not to have a concern about a cart and just to get to the room and relax a bit. When you all are older you will understand.
