Overall, we had a great experience. The facility was clean; staff were super friendly, and the hotel is basically a block away from Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Liked: Professional staff and clean room.
Disliked: Beds were too small.

All of the staff including the valet were wonderful and extremely helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I will stay here again if I am in Indianapolis.

Early checkin; got rid of car; everything was in walking distance. Staff were amazing. I even received texts as to how things were going. Great customer service at no expense to you!

Very nice rooms and lobby. Breakfast had tons of options but needs more for dieters and diabetics.
