Liked: Pool and hot tub were exceptional. Elevators were limited and slow. Breakfast was ok--about average. Room was modern with very good outlets, and all plumbing worked great.
Disliked: Elevators were too slow and limited.

We will never stay in...

Disliked: The room had a terrible odor when we walked in. We opened the window to try to air out the room, but the smell didn’t dissipate. We alerted the front desk about the condition, but they didn’t offer us another room. Also, the room details said we would have free wi-fi and a balcony, but the wi-fi was not free unless we signed up for Hilton Honors which we didn’t want. Also, the balcony is only for the Executive Suite - this should be made more clearly in the room details. The television was extremely hard to navigate and there was no option to sign in to our own streaming services. I went down to Sharkees bar to have a drink and watch the NCAA final four game, however they did not have the game on any of the TVs and the bartender, Courtney, was extremely rude. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay and we will not stay at another Hampton Inn again.

We would be back, perhaps...

Liked: Our room was super convenient, we were given a first floor room as we requested due to one of our children having autism and having sensory needs to bounce and be active. I didn’t want to disrupt anyone.
Disliked: We waited hours to see if we could get a spot in the hot tub, but the whole time it was crowded so me or my family never got to get in. The drinks and food from the restaurant inside was good, the subs could stand some more meat though because it had more toppings on than actual meat.

Liked: Clean rooms, for being pet friendly, it didn't smell like pet hair, nor could you see pet hair in the room. Pool and game room was fun, breakfast was great, very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Ordered a room with 2 queens and a pull out couch. Only got a room with 2 queen beds. Tried to give it our best with our party of 5, with 3 kids to one bed. But by midnight I ended up on the floor so everyone else could sleep with 2 to a bed. Longest night ever.Not really the hotels fault, as im sure they clean it daily, but the pool had MANY little clumps of hair. Someone's hair was having a bad day in the pool, picking someone else's hair out of the water was super gross.
