Superb

Liked: The staff on all three shifts are phenomenal.
Disliked: building is getting old bathroom shower needs resurfacing. Brown spot on tub.

Disappointed due to false advertisement

Disliked: I paid for room with hot tub. The room had no hot tub and never received any accommodation for not having what I paid for!!

Superb

Liked: The waffles were pretty good, the lady working in the kitchen showed me how to make them. She was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Everything was good, I had no problems or complaints.
