Disliked: Bathroom floor was not clean, almost no water pressure in the shower, noisy AC system

Disliked: $75 pet fee that was not disclosed on booking.com website. Only listed pet friendly but didn't disclose additional charges. Our room was dirty too. Base boards very dusty, shower had a hair from previous guest, bed uncomfortable.

Comfortable, but mediocre service

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Most of the staff were nice.
Disliked: The spa tub did not work. When I notified the front desk clerk upon leaving, they did not offer to reduce my bill to the regular room rate. I believe that it would have been fair to do so. The clerk stated that she couldn't refund me because I had booked through a third party website. Also one cannot access the internet without joining HiltonHonors. The overwhelming majority of hotels offer free wifi no strings attached. I will not be returning.
