Liked: Breakfast was good. Room was satisfactory. We checked out early and I was glad they didn't charge us for an extra day. Morning staff member upon checking out was great.
Disliked: I booked this hotel after looking at the weather. I wanted an outdoor pool that my son and I could swim in. The weather was good for the days we were supposed to be there. But unfortunately the staff informed us that it was closed until May. I would have booked at another hotel that had an indoor pool if I would have known. Also the staff member working when we checked in was eating and drinking and had spilled on his shirt, was very casual not professional at all. When we first went to our room it was the wrong room. My husband went back down and the staff member questioned if we were at the right room making it sound like it was our error. We showed him the card that he had written the wrong room number on our card.

Disliked: The front desk guy was extremely rude and refused my wife to use the restroom even though she told him we had a reservation. Horrible customer service and when I told management he did not care. I would not stay here again.

Liked: Great location, not far from stores or food. Breakfast was really good, clean rooms, quiet place. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.
