Opened door to room and found people in it. They gave us new room keys, but they hardly ever worked. They did give us some free stuff - they gave me a debit card the manager said it would fill my tank, but it only had 20 dollars on it. That doesn't get my truck off empty. Not a very good stay - might as well have stayed at the Red Roof Inn .

Disliked: Room was occupied.

We booked a room because we were attending a concert at the Nutter Center. Hotel Staff was very friendly, rooms were nice and comfortable. We were able to walk and get food at a nearby restaurant and walk to and from the Nutter Center for the concert. Breakfast the next morning was very good and there was a great variety to choose from. Overall expierence was great from the beginning to the end!

Liked: Had to ask for the room to be cleaned and restocked everyday!
Disliked: Clean the room and restock everything, I should not have to ask for the room to be cleaned!!!!

Disliked: Breakfast staff and product availability was somewhat lacking. Only one juice selection was available and it was watered down way to much. Scrambled eggs were on the line but ran out and it took quite a bit of time to be replenishef.

Liked: The best breakfast I have had from a hotel.
Disliked: Looks like there has been some damage perhaps caused by past guests. Looks like they may have a lot of college type guests and perhaps they have done some damage. The hotel has appeared to be trying to fix these issues.

Disliked: The tub flooded water everywhere. The staff just gave me towels to clean it up and treated me like I did something wrong while it was clearly a broken infrastructure. They offered no room change, and no refund.
