Hampton Inn By Hilton Concord/Kannapolis, Concord

Not very happy.

Liked: Nothing worked in the room. No closet and the pull down clothes hanger was broken. Bathtub deserter broken. No drawers in room. No Chanel guide.
Disliked: I could have stayed somewhere else. Charging me a fee, to see if I tore up the room is nothing more than illegal. Holding $50 of everyone's money for 10 days is crime! What do they think two 70yr old retired people are going to mess up?

Disappointing

Disliked: There was blood on the pillow case and sheets. We had to changed rooms. The second room refrigerator was not working. In addition to this there was no dresser draws to put your clothes and a make shift closet to hang your clothes. The next day we asked for a late check out the front desk clerk replied we already maxed our late check outs for the day. I told her we checked in late last night and had to change rooms and did not rest well last night, still no late check out. We immediately checked out of the hotel. Thank God it was a one night stay.

Disappointing

Liked: Location good Food was so so.
Disliked: Eggs could be more than little patties.

Fine but I would not...

Liked: The bedding was fairly comfortable.
Disliked: The room did not seem overly clean. There was someone else's hair in the shower. A surrounding floor tile was broken off and left when we entered the room. No toilet paper provided so we were told we had to come to the front desk and get it ourselves. No soap dish for the faucet so just on the counter it went.

Liked: Nothing but the breakfast
Disliked: Sheets was dirty when you pull the blanket back allot of stains, 3rd shift front desk was rude, carry herself like a hood female and was dirty, need to hire people that loook up to par

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: The room had a bad smoke smell. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. The room was very expensive for one nights stay

Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful!!!
Disliked: The rooms weren’t as clean and the walls were stained and it didn’t smell too good , The bed was very hard
