Liked: Good price for a Hampton
Disliked: No remote for the TV, was given one after I asked at front desk that didn’t work. Toilet bowl was cracked and stained. Little things like hot tea selection, hot water at coffee station not hot and not keeping up at peak breakfast time. Staff didn’t seem to care. We have stayed at Hamptons for years and this one was by far our worst experience

Disliked: Customer service. I book on booking.com, and I still had to pay with another card once I made it to the Hotel front desk clerk say it wasn’t paid and it was no ice on the floor my room was on nor 1st had to go to third floor
