Liked: Hanna was very nice, professional and want to help us to have the best time at the hotel. I appreciate her willingness to help. I like that the room furnitures were clean. The bathroom was clean the bed feel clean as well
Disliked: They have a zone smoke close to the building and all the smells go in the bedroom. I feel like you were in a smoker free hotel. Not good at all. Also, they still have carpet, that is outdated. they have pet friendly rooms, they shouldn’t have carpet.

Disliked: Plastic knives and forks and plastic plates at breakfast. This would stop me staying here again! I have never stayed anywhere and had cheap plastic cutlery. No bar or restaurant so not good after a long flight!
