Our stay was excellent. It was nice to come to a nice, clean room and rest after an exhausting, hot day at the concert venue, that was a little unorganized to say the least. We enjoyed our continental breakfast the next morning. Checking in and out was such a breeze. We also were able to check in early and that really was helpful since we left our home early for instances of heavy traffic, but arrived earlier than we expected. These guys let us go ahead in. I will always recommend this hotel and will stay here in our future trips this way because of the excellent customer service we were shown and the over all greatness of the rooms. Thanks so much for providing the best services to us that day!
Liked: We were able to check in early. The people were friendly and all was clean and nice for us. Bathroom was beautiful. We loved it here.
Disliked: We don't have any bad comments.

Awful stay. Do not reccomend....
Liked: Nothing. It was appalling. Everything was poor. The staff were okay.

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: The room was dirty on our arrival with ramen noodles on the bed and around the sink in the bathroom. There was a prong for a plug-in stuck in the outlet in the bathroom and maintenance was notified but was never fixed. The shower made a very loud hum while taking a shower. Maintenance was notified and never fixed. Did not like that we never got room service even though we asked for it and had a pile of wet dirty shower linen in the floor all three days. The place smelled like weed the entire time. It looks like they've been doing some type of maintenance in the hallways because there's white speckles all over the floor in the hallways.

Liked: Bed and linens were awesome!! Breakfast was very good.Location was perfect.. close to airport and interstates.
Disliked: The common areas (lobby, halls, elevators) mainly needed a good vacuuming..they were quite unsightly and unwelcoming.

FILTHY DIRTY HOYEL
Liked: It was close to the airport and had a shuttle
Disliked: It was FILTHY! Dirty from the lobby entrance, hallways, elevators, and room. It hasn't been vacuumed, swept it mopped in a long time!I also prepaid for my room by calling in to ask for a late check-in and when I arrived they told me my pre-paid booked room was no longer available! I will NEVER stay there again nor do I recommend it to anyone.

I expected more because of...
Liked: BREAKFAST was the best, tasted homemade fries,sausage,eggs and bagels, etc. OMG, it was more than a Continental breakfast,it was mom's kitchen, mmmm! THANK YOU. Also, I must say the front desk receptionist, when I first arrived she was AWESOME, she greeted everyone, that was a good look. Clifford (Building Engerineer)was very helpful with cultural events info and room care
Disliked: First, when I arrived, the floors and greeting rug were dirty. Afterward, someone made an attempt to clean ,but he did a poor attempt. Also , when I came to the front desk of a hotel later after check-in, I expected WHOEVER is their to be knowledgeable. You represent the face of the hotel , it is important. The young gentleman, he was unconcerned,not interested in helping with information of cultural events or finding out. Instead of directing me to the information brochures, he didn't care ,it made a bad impression . The room was somewhat clean, but the fridge had deli meat inside.
