Doing their best, but yikes!

Liked: The front desk staff was great! They were slammed with some angry/tired spring breakers and went out of their way to help us when the room we had booked was unavailable.
Disliked: Everything other than the staff! Facility felt/was dirty, didn't want to touch anything or use the shower

Had problems confirming our stay....

Disliked: People were smoking weed outside in the parking lot. Could smell it coming through our air conditioning unit.

Liked: Night shift receptionist at the front desk, she was amazing, polite, and very efficient.
Disliked: The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, made for a rough night sleep.
