Liked: The 1st floor accomodations.
Disliked: The cable didn't offer all the channels. I couldn't watch the Big Bang Theory on TBS.

Disliked: The standards are slowly slipping. Worn decor, broken tiles in the bathrooms. Hidden rubbish behind the bedroom drawers. Drip tray in the gym full in both days, no head sets.This hotel Is used a lot by traveler’s but is starting to look tired.

Great employees! Great bed!!

Liked: The breakfast was good. The coffee was great.Anastasia, Tony and the kind gentleman that checked us out are outstanding. Your staff are excellent!!
Disliked: The bathroom faucet could use a good cleaning and a shine. The water saver toilet is not a great idea. I needed help from maintenance because stuff wouldn’t go down. The orange juice was so bad I couldn’t drink it.

It was fine. The staff...

Liked: How the staff handled the water emergency.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we had no hot water the first night (it was tepid) and totally cold the next morning. The staff was very accommodating and apologetic and credited our stay with a night.
