Customer service was excellent. We had an issue in the room we were initially given and they were able to move us immediately in order to address the issue. We utilized the indoor pool, which was nice and clean. Updated and comfortable. From a location standpoint it was easy to get on the Interstate and we were very close to our concert location.

Disappointed in the lack of...

Liked: Friendly staff, clean room, good location
Disliked: Room was next to elevator and it was very noisy, every time it went up or down it was hard to sleep… even birds chirping outside windows were like they were inside. Also the breakfast had no bacon, no sausage no biscuits and gravy -and the decaf coffee was cold.

Liked: Continental breakfast was good
Disliked: Air conditioner didn't function very well, and pool was cold.

Disliked: Teens running up and down the halls yelling until 1:00 AM. Water was so full of bleach that it was over powering.
