Liked: The staff were some of the best. Very cordial, courteous, and polite. Room was clean and the overall facility was very inviting. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.
Disliked: Nothing that I didn't like. If I were to try and make a list it would just be nitpicky and ridiculous.

Disliked: We were not told the pool was being serviced and unavailable. I always pick a hotel with a pool for my daughter. We were allowed to visit a pool at another hotel a little over a mile away but it was 33 degrees outside. Not a great resolution. I would have chosen another hotel or asked for a lower rate.

Liked: The restaurant
Disliked: We booked two rooms and when we got there they only had one. With only one bed. We had seven people and the sleeping plans were awful. Water park… the hattub didn’t work.

Poor

Disliked: Put me in a different room, saying it would cost $100 less but still charged me the original amount. I had to leave a day early because of a family emergency but was still charged for an extra night I wasn't there for.
