The bed was comfortable. The hotel room was clean.

Disliked: The upholstery in the hotel dining area was stained.

My only complaint was the rudeness from our taxi driver. I believe it's Jack's taxi. Was very rude and used very very vulgar language while doing so.

Liked: The staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean our stay was great!

Location was perfect. Our room had a great view of the city. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was very good. I was impressed at how quickly everything was replenished. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful. We felt that they went above and beyond what we have typically experienced. The hotel is currently under renovation, however it did not limit our stay. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was very good.
