Liked: Staff was friendly, good hot breakfast, love the showers, quiet location, close to a lot of stores and restaurants
Disliked: Bed bugs in my room, but the staff quickly changed my room to a different one and we had no issues after that

Liked: The wonderful front desk staff let us check in early due to us coming into town earlier than anticipated. The towels were stocked for 4 people, the suite was HUGE and the beds were comfortable. If I ever come back to Charleston, I will be staying here!
Disliked: The water pressure was a little less than wanted, but it was no big deal at all!
