Good location but there are...

Liked: The hotel is newly renovated, well situated and in a convenient location.
Disliked: The property simply wasn’t clean (there were desiccated cockroach remains in the closet), the room smelled of a combination of sewerage and mildew (and I couldn’t figure out why), and we had to call three times and, ultimately, walk down to the lobby to get linen for the sofa bed.

Liked: Friendly staff. Very clean rooms this is the only place that I stay when I need a room in New Iberia

Liked: The staff was all super friendly and chatty! We left something in our room after leaving and they called not long after to tell us!
Disliked: The only main complaint was it seemed like there was some form of water leak under the windows and all the carpet about a foot out from the windows were totally soaked and so there was a pretty sour smell
