Would have been better if...

Disliked: Was not given the room I booked because I got bumped by not having a Hampton membership. As a result, I had to sleep on the “couch”.

Passable

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Booked a double queen with a sofa bed. Handicap accessible. Was put in a king single Handicap accessible except tub was not. Same price. Was not told about change when checking in nor was I charged single king price. Felt like bait and switch.

This facility is trending down....

Liked: We have stayed here many times. Good location to where we need to be
Disliked: It has not been updated. The caulking in the shower was molded and chipping off. The maid did not make up our room. I had to go to the desk for clean towels and they made me feel like it was an odd request

Liked: Pool was nice
Disliked: That cleaning ladies walked in My room at 9.am check out is not til 11 ... plus knocked on door at least 3 times too waking up my granddaughter... they don't speak English they should communicate who is checked out with front desk...the 2nd floor was freezing when it was freezing outside....

If ever back to Eufaula...

Liked: Breakfast was Good. Not GREAT,but better than others I’ve had at different hotels I’ve stayed.
Disliked: Breakfast could have had more to choose from.

Exceptional

Liked: I loved everything about this location. It was very convenient . As soon as we arrived a friendly receptionist greeted us and check us in. She was exceptional. We enter the room and smelled amazing. Super fresh and clean. We decided to take the kids down to the pool. The pool was clean and the temperature was perfect. We will definitely choose this location for our next events.

Overall a great experience

Liked: Clean, comfortable, and accommodating
Disliked: Most all the staff was wonderful. One staff member (he checked me out) was rude and unhelpful- he works mornings. The rest of the staff was great.
