Exceptional

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised with a last minute reservation and the readiness of the staff to meet my needs and have my room available. The front desk manager at the time of my check-in was extremely helpful and friendly.
Disliked: This is more of a suggestion than anything bad. The TV was hard to use from a channel list and ease of navigation.

Liked: Easy to navigate, clean, head breakfast, polite & professional staff
Disliked: Our window view wasn't very impressive; it was mostly the roof of the 2nd story, but it was fine for one night
