Liked: Excellent location, just one block off Bourbon St yet we didn’t hear a beep staff were amazing, always helpful, would stay again

Liked: Location was perfect, quiet but near enough to walk were were wanted to go.The staff was also fabulous and had excellent recommendations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Disliked: One of the bathroom showers had low water pressure but not a big issue for us.

Due to the customer service...

Liked: I was initially put on a room on the first floor and I did not like that room. Old and stuff was broken, for instance the bed post was broken and part of it was in the closet. Bathroom had cracks and holes in the ceiling and musty smell. I called the front desk next morning and ask to be put in another room and they upgraded me to a better room. Much better. It was 2 floors and lots of windows etc.
Disliked: The initial room I was put in was old, musty and broken furniture and cracks in the ceiling of the bathroom. If they did not change the room I would have left and changed hotels.
