Liked: Wonderful location for my personal trip as within walking distance of son's apartment.
Disliked: No elevator, crummy "Continental breakfast", inadequate cleaning job.

Perfect location in safe neighbourhood...

Liked: Good value room. Friendly and helpful staff. Coffee, tea and pasties available for breakfast. PERFECT location! In a very safe neighbourhood. World famous Mel’s diner 2 mins walk from hotel. Close to beach, bridge and harbour. High Street 5 min walk, with selection of cafes, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this hotel.

Despite the issue, I would...

Liked: Great location and the staff is great and very friendly. They also have free parking.
Disliked: The room is great but there was a not very pleasant smell in our room, smells like i'm sleeping next to a trash site not sure where it's coming from since the room is clean so I'm thinking might be from the AC. I had to spray on the room every night before I sleep so I can ignore the smell/

Liked: Cleaning staff was friendly
Disliked: My car got broken into and the lady at the front desk wasn’t helpful and didn’t want to help by not letting me look at the cameras that were right next to my car. Plus the door handle to the bathroom kept on falling off
