Good

Liked: Staff was nice. Food delivery option was great. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Bathrooms should have some sort of ventilation and there needs to be better check in service.
Disliked: Check in was terrible it was unorganized and time consuming. Needs to be more direction on where to check in.

GREAT FUN as a Christmas...

Liked: KIDS SUITE was great....pics make it look incredible and it is but, not quite the same. WE HAD A GREAT TIME!!
Disliked: bathroom is small

Liked: The breakfast at the Moose was great. Just a long walk from my room.
Disliked: My room was at the far end of the hall from the elevator and I am disabled.
