Liked: The location
Disliked: It was outdated. Had to pay for a continental breakfast had to pay for parking should’ve been included in the room.

Superb

Liked: I ate at Baileys pub and enjoyed the entertainment and Fireplace. I skipped the breakfast at $15.00 and parking is $14.00 per night. So the room was reasonable but the extra charges were not.
Disliked: Had to wait awhile for restaurants to open. Should have sandwiches or frozen pizza that we can buy. It was early enough that I would have gone to dinner later.

Liked: Room was very nice bed was a little too firm. Bathroom was nice. We love the bar downstairs although we didn't use it this visit. The lobby area is very inviting and it's great that there is a pool and a hot tub.
Disliked: We were given a connecting room, and we could hear the people in the other room talking all the time and noise was easily heard from the hall as well. Put in better doors to alleviate the noise. There is a mirror behind the TV cabinet - why? It's not usable. Move it to over the microwave perhaps.I don't like that we have to pay for parking when we aren't guaranteed a convenient spot. I think paying guests should have parking that is designated and not just open to anyone who comes into the bar, as they have free parking, but we didn't. What is the point of paying for parking? Just so the hotel can make more money without adding anything for the guest? And the charge was way too high.

Sleepless night at the not...

Liked: One of the worst nights at any hotel. The property is located close to the GJT airport, staff was nice at checkin, rooms are dated but comfortable.My young kids and I were there alone for one night before flying out very early for a long day of international traveling. Just after 2am a very rowdy, drunk, LOUD, party returned to the room directly above us. You could clearly hear every F bomb, every profanity, every word of their drunken conversation. A call was made to the front desk and they did go to the room to no avail. Additional call made to the front desk expressing anger and frustration only resulted in another tap on the offender’s door. My kids and I finally gave up at 4am and just got up after less than 3 hours of sleep. When we left at 5am they were still as loud as they had been. The front desk clerk, who I had spoken with to complain, pretty much laughed it off and told me it was a soon to be groom’s future father in law and friend causing the chaos and he didn’t know what to do either. So to save face for this young man my kids and I had to suffer? The police should have been called.And then I was offered comp parking for my trouble? We didn’t even park nor was it an acceptable compensation if we had.
