DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!

Disliked: Being charged or 2 rooms instead of 1! Booked thru booking.com. Followed up w/resort afterwards to verify booking was correct because booking.com agent had problems and had to start over. The hotel agent said everything looked good upon follow up. When we checked in at hotel it would have been apparent two rooms had been booked but they said nothing. Rather they left a voice message my husbands cell phone at 10:00 at night on New Years Eve he had until midnight to cancel reservation or we would be charged! Upon contacting hotel two days later when he checked his voice message, in attempt to resolve, they were rude and assured me they did everything correctly and they would not make any changes to resolve the double billing!!! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/RESOLUTION !!!

Liked: Away from downtown and the noise of traffic
Disliked: The breakfast area did not have enough tables and chairs

Disliked: Pool area was fun..looks bigger online.

Liked: The temperature of the waterpark area, pool and hot tub were great. Bathroom was clean, shower was hot. The room was spacious for the 5 of us and I liked that we were on the top floor which was conveniently right next to elevator and ice vending machine.
Disliked: The room smelled musty/damp.. there was a bit of dust accumulation throughout the room. The desk chair had old splattered food on the base of it

Great location and friendly staff.

Liked: Perfect location. We went to galena during the day and the casino across from the hotel that night.
Disliked: The bed was a little hard. No where to latch the door at night for extra security.
