Liked: It was in a perfect location with restaurants close and gorgeous scenery. It was not far from any gym we went to including the suns game.
Disliked: There was not a ton of lighting available and lighting in the bathrooms was horrible. There was also not many plugs in good proximity to bed. I know that seems petty but you dont realize its needed until not available.

Liked: The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the decor fit the vibe of the hotel, but this is NOT a four strar property.
Disliked: This is not a four star hotel. The room was small and the bathroom was tiny. The view from our balcony was directly into residents low income backyards. TV flickered constantly and the resort fee covered what exactly? Its a decent 3 star at best.

Location was good, could use...

Liked: Convenient downtown Tempe location.
Disliked: Noisy street noise. Lots of loud, revved up car noise, rail traffic into evening. Bed was hard for my body and pillows were not the softest. Hot tub had so many chemicals there was 6 inches of foam when jets turned on, made my eyes red.

Disliked: Tv didn’t work/connectNeither of the outlets next to the bed workedI had to dig open the sink stopper in order to let out water

Liked: Helpful staff at the front desk. Location is convenient if you are visiting ASU. We were able to walk to a decent restaurant through a nice neighborhood. Location felt safe.
Disliked: The Graduate in Tempe is not on the same level as others that I've stayed at (Tuscon and Madison). The room just felt run down, carpet was old with a big ripple in the middle. The bathroom was clean but nothing special. Furniture was older.

Liked: Great location close to university. Lots of stuff to do around the hotel. Room was very comfortable. Air conditioning was great.
Disliked: It fit our needs perfectly. Nothing to not like.
