Superb

Liked: Beautiful property. Continuing renovations on rooms. Gaming was great and in the middle of the River Walk.
Disliked: The main 2 bars/lounges had absolutely no staffing, however they were open.

Liked: We loved the location.
Disliked: The bathroom floors were filthy. The front desk clerk was awful. We couldn't connect with housekeeping. Won't be returning.

Liked: Hot water very nice and room.
Disliked: Shower curtain dirty and could only get 1 room key. Problematic when you want to stay out and wife goes to bed. Have never been in hotel where they wouldn’t give you a 2nd key
