Liked: Location was fine .
Disliked: My room had no heat and when I went to get extra blankets, told the night clerk that there was no heat in my room, he did get me extra blankets, but didn’t ask or bother to come and see what was wrong with the heat in the room. After freezing all night long , when I went to return the keys the office was locked and when I pushed the buzzer, I told them that I was there to return the keys and that I had a complaint, that I had to freeze all night , all they said is put the keys in the slot in the door. They didn’t come out to see me and try to even make it right. Had to call back a few hours later and they said that the blower had gone and that they would refund my money for the room , as of right now it still has not been refunded, I will give them until Monday, seeing that it is the weekend with a blizzard going on.
