It's fine for a night,...
Liked: Stayed for a night and it was Okay. If you just need a place in burbank die the night it will do, but wouldn't book here again and wouldn't recommend it for a long stay as a base to visit parks in the surrounding areas.
Disliked: Smell was kinda musky in the room, AC was very loud. Room design was dated. Area was like a little industry park, so it got very quiet at night.

Liked: Easy check in and check out
Disliked: Lots of mosquitos and flies inside the room. Floor was dirty, and sheets had cigarette burn spots. I stayed there in the past and it was great, this time was honestly sad.

Liked: They had plenty of parking space and in view. The rooms where very clean and of course the interior of the room was nice and had the amenities I need such as fridge, microwave. Also the location was close to a pizza palor and stores from walking distance.
