Liked: Bed was comfortable and location was great!
Disliked: Room 424 was very loud. We could hear everything the ladies in the next room were saying. Also the elevator was directly behind our bathroom, so we had a constant loud mechanical noise the entire stay.

Wonderful historic hotel in a...

Liked: Fabulous historic hotel in the Saratoga Springs Spa park. Rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable however the standard rooms are a bit small. Restaurant was very good.
Disliked: Two issues - 1) Hotel was closing for the winter and the heat to our room was turned off. Eventually got a space heater, however on the weekend, the heat miraculously came back on - Guess it was too expensive to heat when there were less people in the hotel -- Very annoying. 2.) There is a $25/day amenity fee which booking.com said was included. If everyone has to pay the fee, then it should just be a part of the room rate. Shame on a state owned hotel charging junk fees
