Disliked: Service was horrible; the room was dirty as well as sheets and the bathroom was disgusting. Had to pre clean room before really stepping in to it.

Disliked: The TV did not have connection with internet. It was very frustrating because we were looking forward to watch a movie. Cable did not have all the channels.

Disliked: Promised full free breakfast but they actually stopped it during covid and never resumed the service. They continue to advertise a free breakfast though.

Liked: I used to love staying there. The location is awesome.
Disliked: Both beds were hard. I felt like I was laying on the floor. I asked the guy at the desk at check-in for a room on the ground level. He just ignored my request. He even had me give someone outside a beverage. That hotel used to be the best. The upkeep of the place and the grounds need to step it up.I would like a full refund.
