The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The downstairs bar is so much fun - great bar staff and delicious cocktails! Not to mention it is right across the street from the Fox Theater. Walking distance to some cool bars and restaurants as well. Would not stay anywhere else in Atlanta.

Great room for the price. Very clean. Kitchen and washer dryer are very outdated but functional. In a good location. Would recommend and stay again.

Liked: Location great, the architecture beautiful, the premium rooms has plenty space, and the convience of having restaurants & valet a plus.
Disliked: Updated appliances needed such as washer & dryer. Updated kitchen the appliances were old & the kitchen floor needed repairing in our room big split in the floor tile was shifting

Liked: I loved the beautiful historical architecture and the location. We walked to the varsity and enjoyed the city life for an evening. We got to capture some wonderful pictures.
Disliked: Booking.com did not mention a $75 security deposit so that was an unexpected expense. The terrace door was bolted shut and the weather was immaculate. Booking.com was also not kept up to date with property details such as the whole pool area being closed for renovations. It was a bit too cold to swim but I booked the room because of the picture from the pool area overlooking the city night lights.

Liked: The rooms are nice and clean and restaurants and bars were great. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The tv in the room Wasn't a smart TV and didn't have even cable although I did not call to the front desk to have it fixed because it wasn't a real concern for me

Overall best hotel I’ve stayed...

Liked: The location was in perfect walking distance to major spots, and the room was incredibly spacious.
Disliked: Dirty bed sheet, and had issues with parking because we weren’t given a parking pass at check in.

The GT is my go...

Liked: We are long time patrons of the Georgian Terrace. I will always come back because I love the old, character, and charm of the GT plus the Fox Theater is across the street and that is the chefs kiss!!
Disliked: There was some mold around the bottom of the shower. Kinda gross!!

Disliked: The sign in my 2 bedroom suite said enjoy these special treats on us but they had not left anything. Setting that expectation was unnecessary if not going to follow thru
