Liked: Staff very professional. Excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. Our Bell Hop Dillion was Amazing. He helped us navigate requesting a room closer to the elevator, to accomodate my mobility limitations & elderly Mother. Also guided my sister to our location as I was unable to direct her to my room. He was very pleasant & patient!!
Disliked: I requested a room close to the elevator, but did not get one. After going to my initial room, I was able to request another room & got it

Liked: We were upgraded due to being Marriott members and our 7th floor king room overlooked the atrium and we had a great view of the harbor as well. We were given a bottle of champagne and a few snacks upon check-in.
Disliked: The toilet paper & tissues were very poor quality (very thin and not super soft or durable). I definitely didn’t expect a resort of that caliber to use the cheapest toilet paper & tissues on the market. The toilet/shower room was too small. I don’t like squeezing around the toilet to get into the shower. My leg touched the toilet and that grossed me out. Upon booking the room, the site asked if there were any accommodations/special requests they could assist with. I wrote in this section that my husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and would it be possible to make the room look special with rose petals, a bottle of champagne and maybe a note of congratulations. Not only were none of these special requests met, but when I asked about it upon checking in (as I wanted to surprise my husband), the gentleman at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. He ended up giving us a bottle of champagne, but it would’ve been nice if it was already in the room.
