Disliked: Shower drain was clogged so we were standing in couple inches of dirty water while showering.

Perfect for a pre-cruise stay

Liked: Had the 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect for our group of 4. Used the small kitchen & it had what we needed. Pool was nice & hotel close to water taxi dock. Maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach in one direction and a 10 minute walk to Publix in the other direction.
Disliked: Only 1 of the bedrooms got cool. No real cold air in the other bedroom. Maintenance came & looked at the A/C and changed the filter, but that did not fix the problem at all. Luckily it was manageable for 3 nights.

Liked: The property was great. Pool area was very nice, room was great. Main reason I chose it was that it provided queen beds instead of double beds which is important to me

Liked: Location on riverwalk and suite style room.
Disliked: No key cards, water or cookies upon arrival, had to be escorted by security to room then wait in line for a key the next morning. Room was missing tile and cracked drywall, we reserved a king and received a queen bed.

Very Dissatisfied

Disliked: I had paid in full through booking .com 36 months prior to arriving at the hotel yet they had no record of full payment so they charged me AGAIN a very expensive daily rate .SO I ENDED PAYING TWICE.
