Liked: It was clean, easy to access and had nice rooms
Disliked: When I checked in one of the desk agents was complaining about having to be at work. When I asked her a question she was not very friendly The other agent was very friendly and professional.

Excellent stay, clean and friendly staff, missed having an elevator and problem with keys.

Disliked: No 1st floor rooms available and no elevator access for 2nd floor. Keys needed replacing every day, regardless of keeping them away from magnetic or electronics.

used to be a great place. near the airport so thats a plus. its gone downhill recently.

Disliked: the advertised hot tub was not working and the advertised restaurant was unexpectedly closed. should have been posted.
