Liked: I enjoyed everything about this place. I like that it's gated but you can still be apart of the vibes. The location is really key because places like bourbon street and the real touristy areas are all in walking distance while the bars and places on frenchman street where you stay are phenomenal as well and can have a bit less of a crowd in relation to places like bourbon and canal street. I love that the units are like 1 bedroom apartments it is super comfy and I truly enjoyed my stay here. It was very affordable as well and I would definitely come back to this place to stay.

Spacious accomodations close to activites.

Liked: Good size rooms and full kitchen. Close to sights and activities. Parking out front is convenient, just be sure to snag a spot as soon as one becomes available.
Disliked: The location right on Frenchman St. means you're right in the heart of great music, but it is loud. If you don't want to hear it until the wee hours of the night, request a room off of the street. For the price of this property, there are nicer options further down the street.

Disliked: The staff (gentleman) was not happy to be there on the day we checked ked in. Despite charging twice the normal room rate. It e ad as if we were asking for a favor trying to get assistance.

Liked: We loved the room, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony was a great place to relax and watch the people below. The kitchen was nice even though we did not use it much except for the refrigerator. April was very friendly and helpful. She was always asking if we needed anything.
Disliked: I would like to have a safe in the room. Most hotels have a business center with computers to look up stuff. I know we have cell phones, but I prefer the computer.

All in all a good...

Liked: the size of the room/suite is very nice for the price, and loved the location for our needs. It was close to our friends home so we were able to get to see him easily. This is not the first time we have stayed here and probably will be a regular place for us to stay.
Disliked: it started out not well with the lock on the door not working so that after first getting in not being able to open the door, with ease til the next day. but the team there worked quickly and efficiently to get that resolved. So for that I am grateful.
