Liked: The hotel itself looks very nice with its new remodeled look.
Disliked: Staff was very unprofessional, gossiping while being checked in, constantly laughing and talking very loudly about things that might want to stay private. Also, we received multiple bug bites by the time we checked out. Once we returned home, I washed all of the clothes we brought with us and haven’t received any new bites since then.

Liked: Staff were exceptional
Disliked: No toiletries in room like soap, shower cap. Hot tub was disgustingly dirty. No towels at pool. Badly managed hotel in a great area. Front desk staff were excellent. The rest was shameful.

Disliked: They need to increase the number of water bottles they provide to each room. However, if you ask for more, they don't mind at all.
