Could not get clear information about rail system even though it stops right outside the hotel door. Saturday night noise from the lounge was horrible. Too many other choices in the area to return to Four Points.

I like smaller hotels that are less congested, quieter and quicker to enter and exit. Good amenities with agreement with athletic club close by. Didn't use hotel restaurant. Personnel were pleasant. Room and public places were clean and up-to-date. The hotel was clean, comfortable, convenient, and well appointed. While not in a top luxury class, its unpretentious atmosphere presents as an upper end hotel that doesn't mind having you act naturally. Dress up or down and be comfortable in the lobby. It seems to be accepting of all. It is now my first choice of hotel in down town San Jose.

Great location and nice clean room. Train noise is a bit much for a light sleeper. Parking is an additional $25 per night, didn't realize that going in.
