Disliked: Paid highest amount in the nearby hoping for a very good facility and service.Breakfast was not covered after paying $440 for two nights.The breakfast we bought for extra $20 per head was mediocre.No body lotion in rooms, one small water bottle was provided for two guests per day.Small-sized restooms, hard to move inside.

Convenient location with a wonderful...

Liked: Nice comfortable beds, clean room with a wonderful view of the bridge (not the famous one!) and the parking was right outside our window. We didn't try the breakfast so can't tell. Many nice places nearby within 5min walking distance to grab something to eat for lunch or dinner. The location is absolutely perfect no matter how you wish to go downtown, that was the main reason we chose it in the first place. By car you are ideally located with free parking spot, and the bus station is right across the street. Made our visit carefree and allowed us to enjoy our staying there with no additional worries.
Disliked: Minor, but I think that the reception desk should be aware of the means of public transport around their own premises. At least, next time be kind enough to look it up in your computer, that's what I did using my phone in front of you!
