Disliked: Wish there was a dresser draw in room to put clothes in. We had a large desk in our room with one two small shelves for clothes. Also wish there were more rooms with balcony available.

Liked: Room was nice and on site bar and restaurant was convenient. Food was good but servers/bartenders were slow and seemed overworked.
Disliked: They host a lot of events (outdoor live concerts, comedy shows) and parking is a bit of a nightmare. Cant believe they dont offer valet service to hotel guests during those times. Also left with a negative memory due to poor attitude of bartender.

Liked: The hotel was very close to the harbor and perfect for long walks near by the sea.The Tiki Bar belongs to the hotel and you could have dinner there for a fair price.
Disliked: The hotel was renovating right than and the floor our room was on, was like a construction site.The first day they didn't clean the room at all. I had to complain about this than the concierge made it work even difficult.The breakfast was ok, but the waitresses took their time, were unfriendly and had no clue about the menu.Rather disappointing and this is not what I expect in a hotel of this class!
