Liked: There was no breakfast
Disliked: Room not ready when we arrived T 5:00, supposed to be ready at 3:00. Didn’t get into room until close to 6:00. No bath towels in room, no body wash or soap. Had to use shampoo!

Liked: The staff was helpful and accommodating. The location was great for my needs.
Disliked: Property was under construction, doors were broken, and very loud, holes in walls, broken knobs. Very dirty hot tub.

Disliked: Under construction, door key cards didnt work consistently, outside doors didnt lock or cards didnt work, I was threatened with being escorted off the premises because I wouldnt get out of bed and go to the office to swipe my card. Age 73, female

Liked: Only thing was hotel employee the final person I talked to.She helped straiten out the final insult. Being told at 10:30:at nite I had to navigate the outside construction zone to the office to swipe my card or they would send someone to escort me out.Im 73.
Disliked: Hotel was under renovation & this wasnt disclosed in a visable manner at booking. Should never have been open for business. No restaurant as stated, security on entrance doors was lacking, phone, keycards didnt work.
