You get what you pay...
Disliked: The A/C unit in the room is extremely loud & kept us awake all night. The bed is out dated & pretty bad quality.

Cold shower
Liked: The location was great and facilies were clean. The front desk personnel was friendly.
Disliked: We arrived later in the night and there was barely any parking. Woke up, and our water in the bathroom was cold, shower, and sink. We had to get the front desk to get maintenance to fix it. Plus our coffee machine didn't work so we went out for coffee.

No More This Hotel.. No...
Liked: The good:The staff was nice, especially the lady at the restaurant's front desk, she's great!The WIFI is fast and stable, and the bed is comfy.That's it!
Disliked: The bad: Well, a lot!But before I forget, this is why I'm done with booking.com, I booked the hotel room for myself and two teen boys, and the booking clearly says that breakfast is included in the price, and at the hotel I found out that booking.com only purchased the breakfast for one person (myself) and for the kids I have to pay! When I spoke to booking and wasted an hour on calls, they pretended they were unable to reach the hotel by phone even though the reception would always answer all of my calls (from the outside not from my room), and Booking said they would compensate me if they couldn't get the hotel to do so. Guess what? After my trip, I got an email from Booking, way after the follow-up time they promised to ask me to prove that I'm not a liar, and I should provide evidence supporting my claim! I found a better solution though, being tech savvy, I found that I could block booking.com on my home router so that I would never accidentally access their website for any kind of reservations in the future.Enough with booking now, now the hotel. I don't know if the hotel is understaffed, or the manager just doesn't care, but the hotel is not big on maintenance.Here is the list of issues I ran into in my 1.5 day of stay:- The hotel room looks super dated! Forget the pictures, they're deceiving!- The pool is very stinky, swampy, no filtration system whatsoever, no chlorine tablets at all, stagnant, dead human skin or something floating in the hot tub - I got photos of all that btw.- No shampoo at the pool shower, ended up using the sink's hand soap- No coffee in the lobby like 99% of good hotels.- Broken vending machine- The left elevator's cabin is rocking!- My room faucet was loose, and moving left and right- My bathroom door wouldn't lock- Yellow Grime by the bathtub floor tiles- No trash bin in the bathroom- I got coffee refills, but no creamersOver all, I don't recommend it.
