We stayed because it was close to the Starlight Theatre. Overall, the room was very clean with nice amenities. Would definitely stay again if I am ever in Kansas City.

Liked: Great location easy access to the city and surrounding areas. Great access to the football and baseball stadiums!!! Excellent breakfast! Staff was wonderful.

Liked: The girl at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond and brought us a fan from downstairs when our AC unit didn't work. She was very busy, even when we arrived at check in. But she greeted us and was extremely kind.
Disliked: The AC unit didn't work in our room. The actual unit seemed to be fine, but it was the plug that was messed up.. it wasn't connected correctly to the unit and it needed maintenance at the very least if not an electrician to go and fix the outlet for the AC unit.

Excellent hotel

Liked: The staff were all amazing. The hotel was sold out when we were there and they were all very nice and attentive. Rooms are nice, bed was very comfortable. We were going to a game at arrowhead and we walked to the stadium and walked back. Breakfast in the morning was a whole breakfast buffett. They had fruits, yogurts, waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes and more!!We did use the pool due to timing.
Disliked: Elevator made a horrible sound every time it was moving. The little store behind the check in desk was very empty

The best hotel is Kansas...

Liked: The Front desk manager was excellent very patient very welcoming. The complete staff was Awesom zI loved being there.
Disliked: Nothing, it was clean very upbeat and warm the staff treated me like I was family.

Liked: Clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was welcoming and skilled. The location, with easy walking distance to Kaufman Stadium, is excellent. A great way to attend a Royals game. The breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: While our stay was only one night, I really didn't find anything I disliked.

Clean, safe, quiet, and friendly...

Liked: The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable.
Disliked: The only negative for us was that the sink was draining slowly. It wasn’t a bother and the front desk was apologetic and let the maintenance team know as soon as we let them know upon checkout.
