Nice place to stay a...

Liked: Had an issue with checking in but the person was very helpful and worked with me to get the online payment problem resolved. The room was a pleasant surprise and a nice place to stay for the night.
Disliked: I really didn’t have an issues with the property and staff itself but the problem with the booking app having to prove the room was paid in advance was unexpected.

Disliked: The accommodations were good . The service was great.

Great Location for Southern Oregon...

Liked: The location was perfect to visit Southern Oregon University and walking distance to several great restaurants. It was about 1.1 miles to the Shakespeare Festival in downtown Ashland too, an easy walk for fairly active people.
Disliked: The room we were in had sluggish plumbing. A little TLC and things were fine. It would be nice to see the hotel add in more sustainable features.

Liked: The price was very reasonable, and it is a pet friendly Inn. Those things are important to us, so we are fine with the fact that some things could have been cleaner. We left a tip for the housekeeper anyway. They are never paid well enough.
Disliked: It was really fine. This is our 2nd year of staying there. The reception staff was terrific, and so were the warm chocolate chip cookies in the reception area.The bathroom was extremely small, especially when it was a pet friendly room and if we are away from the room, we like to keep our pet in the bathroom. That was tough on her because of limited space.
