We only stayed one night in order to avoid driving after the concert. No regrets, would stay there again.

Liked: Cleanliness of a 5 star hotel. Attached Grille Bar serves wonderful meals. Go early, usually ' slammed'. Walking distance to the Cross Arena, at supper hour.
Disliked: In need of remodel to modernize.

Run....dirty, trashy hotel with rock...

Liked: The front desk staff was rude. I didn't get the room I requested and was quoted. Bathroom toilet seat broke. Barely flushing toliet. No toliet paper at check in. Paint chipping all over and the bed was a literal rock to sleep on. The heat lamp in the bathroom did not work either.
Disliked: Friendly staff, clean room with working amenities. I have stayed here atleast once a year for 15 years and never have had services or treatment in this way.

Liked: The accommodation with an early check in worked out great, and we were able to have 2 vehicles there for 1 room which was greatly appreciated.

Adequate for a one-night stay

Liked: This facility met our needs for a one night stay while passing through town. The rooms were clean and the location was easily accessible.
Disliked: There seems to be a lot of late night noise in the hallways as folks come and go from the casino which is next door to the hotel. We never got into the hotel restaurant as the line for folks waiting extended into the parking lot.
